For example, in the appetizer section, there are pork dumplings and escargot right alongside a Waldorf salad, seared blacked shrimp with cheddar grits and an apple cauliflower bisque. Entrees include dishes like a seared salmon lemon caper creme, broiled haddock in a coconut Thai curry sauce, a brie and bacon chicken breast in balsamic cream and a roasted duck in cherry port sauce with buttermilk blue cheese.
