   The waiting staff has always been really nice the two times I've been here to eat. I highly recommend the steak on the black stone over a pasta dish. The pasta dish was a bit boring and bland but the steak and shrimp made the trip worth it. The restaurant was a bit quiet in the day time, almost felt too empty and at night it isn't super packed but comfortable.

   Pros great service, unfortunately the idea of cooking our own steaks at the table was not a well thought out plan but surprisingly fun if you take the kids Cons the bathroom was so dirty and disgusting. As a rule of thumb if the restaurant bathroom is dirty, the kitchen must be worse .

   I had a great waiter, but the food wasn't so great. My lobster bisque was salty. I only ate the bread. My steak was burnt really bad when it was supposed to be cooked at medium, and my side of lobster wasn't seasoned well. The so called loaded mash I ordered was just mashed potatoes full of bacon on top, not the full loaded like I'm used to receiving from other restaurants. Don't think I will go back

   The server was amazing! Our food was just okay the pasta was good not hot enought and the mac and cheese was room temp when we got it. the streak was not tender and definitely not one of my favorites

   The hostess were very nice and friendly and seated us right away. I recommend that you get priority seating. Our waitress was great at explaining how it works using the black rock. The experience was fun and we definitely enjoyed ourselves and we will definitely come back.

   The appetizers were amazing, but the experience was better than the actual entrees. It was very good, but could’ve been better. I could go and just get 4 appetizers and be perfectly satisfied. By the end of our experience it was very smoky in the building. But overall the service was great, and a really good atmosphere!

   Horrible We booked priority seating as it was Mother's Day Arrived at the time and were told 15 minutes to be seated, great! 45 minutes later still no seat. Eventually get seated in the back on old wooden chairs Asked if we could have a booth as not very comfortable and were told none available, even though 8-9 booths vacant in the main restaurant area. Ok 30 minutes later still no wait person and not even drinks. My wife goes to the receptionist and Asks if we can possibly get at least drinks while we wait as we understand that they are busy today. 10 minutes later waiter comes to our table and starts with " I told them I didn't want another table, l'll be with you as soon as I can !" I told him when does he expect that to be as we've been here over an hour already He say " oh I see how this is going to go !!!" And walks away Clearly baiting us to up and leave We obliged and will never set foot through their door again. We totally understand if a place is busy but to be rude to the on the customer and actively encourage them to leave is unacceptable. This place has been short staffed every time we've been and been slow but food was ok so we accepted it After this experience Now we will never go there again. I left my number with the nice girl at reception as we left and she said a manager would call me as my wife's moms say was ruined Guess what, shocker, no call Bye black rock you stuck

   Arrived and were seated right away. Were given a Mother’s Day menu with Buffet only for $42. PP to start. We do not eat buffets. When asking for a menu we were told only Mother’s Day buffet is available. Unfortunately we left at that point.

   Was a buffet only for Mother’s Day and that was not listed on Open Table. Food was terrible for the value and service very mediocre

    The greatest experience I had for a first timer and celebrating my birthday as well. Thank you to the manager who continued checking on me until my party arrived. Thank you to Madison for serving us and being patient with us and shenanigans! The food was delicious especially the salad & the drinks was on point! I look if forward to eating out again at Black Rock Bar and Grill.
