   The food was fantastic. Service not so fantastic. It was as if it was our server's first day, and he had no idea how to check in with us, make sure the orders were correct, refill drinks, etc. We had to repeatedly get his attention as he walked by us and ignored us.

   We enjoyed out visit to Black Rock. The service was excellent and the meal was certainly unique. My only criticism is that the seating was very uncomfortable and that took away some of the fun that this dining experience offered.

   Not your typical restaurant it is a dining experience. Everyone had a different cut of steak and had fun cooking each cut to their liking. I had the coconut shrimp which had a little too much breading but was very tasty. The sides were delicious expecially the green beans, very fresh and cooked just right. Our waitress deserves a 5 star, very friendly and knowledgable about the food and the process. A must try if you are in the area.

   Service was great and food excellent for a second time . We will definitely return. Guitar player played great songs on a Saturday night.

   We were looking for quick service, but didn't let our waitress know. She was very kind, but after our appetizers (which were delicious) we had to cancel our steaks and lobster tails. I will try to communicate my needs better to the wait staff in the future.

   Food was excellent…my husband and I split the sautéed Cajun shrimp appetizer, we each had a salad (Cesar salad and Blue cheese salad) and both were very fresh….then we each had a filet with baked potato which was outstanding. My husband wasn’t thrilled at first about the idea of cooking his own filet on a rock but after dinner he said this was a great experience. We will definitely return and probably get the same items again.

    Food was good. Ordered the filet and it was a little more chewy than it should have been. Flavor was good and service was very good. Too many restaurants in Florida to try…probably won’t be back.
