   Hugo was great! Good humor and tried his best!!! And a Very sweet employee took our picture as it was a celebration. Buttttttt…….They are very short staffed. The manager needs to make rounds, make sure everyone is good, make sure employees are engaged and polished. Building needs attention and landscaping too. Floors are slippery and tables, menus and drink menus unclean. Food was decent and timely to our table.

   We arrived at 7 o’clock promptly they took us right in sat down, took our drink orders bought out the drinks within five minutes took our appetizer order. Bought those out within five minutes. Then we waited from 7:10 PM to 8:05 PM for our soup or two soups, and one salad to arrive, there was one other table occupied in the entire building. We bought it to the managers attention and asked for a check because we were leaving and we were charged accordingly for the one appetizer and three drinks one salad and two soups $54 as we left our server told us I hope that you get your food faster at the next place, in a condescending voice the manager heard it and stated she would address it. I would never go there again.

   Horrible service for dinner. Waitress was not attentive, drinks empty, missing items and the list goes on. Shame too as the food was good but overshadowed by poor service.

   My first and last time going, cooking my food on a volcano rock was an experience I could've bypassed. The value didn't match my expectations.

   Service was terrible for how empty it was, would not recommend. Server took over 15 minutes to get drinks, forgot condiments, and forgot one of our sides. Won’t be coming back again.

   Was set up for anniversary they did nothing for it as even to say happy anniversary and welcome. Very disappointed and service was not good as waitress was too busy to keep up still should of been in training.

   Our server was friendly but was not great. Maybe he’s new but our appetizer came out before my wine. We ordered the rib appetizer which was tasty and that was the on good thing about this place. We asked for side plates but my fiancé had to get up and get some from the bar. We ordered the chicken stir fry for dinner and it was trenched in sauce and has very little meat in it. Our server left every dirty plate at our table and didn’t fill our empty waters until be brought the check.

    Experience was worth trying once. Quality of food for the price didn’t equate, service was good, but atmosphere and cleanliness need addressing.
