   From the moment we sat down, our service was terrible. Our waiter didn’t attend to us - no plates with the appetizers or dessert, took forever to find and track down for napkins, rolled his eyes when we asked for something, and the wait times were horrible. We were seated under the ac duct and froze the whole time. We were never offered drink refills and had to ask multiple times for everything including the check. Awful service. Wasn’t told happy birthday not once (even though we had birthday balloons and I made a birthday reservation) by anyone, and it felt like staff didn’t communicate with eachother.

   Thank you for sharing your experience. Sounds like we didn't provide the outstanding service we strive for this time. We'll address this with the staff and make sure it doesn't happen again.    Horrible service. Our appetizer came out after our entrees and the table next to us ended up getting our appetizer. Had to complain to the manager and I never do that

   The appetizer was great unfortunately our main course was disappointing! I ordered the sirloin with garlic butter, the sirloin was tough, the rice was dry, same with the veggies. And the garlic butter did not come until half way through. My friend ordered the fish and chips and she was also disappointed. The fish was very oily. So she just basically ate just the fish.

   As a family we all had a good time. Only a few hiccups with service but our server was very sweet, friendly and always attended to us with a big smile.

   Frequent BJ"s in Chino often and always have a great experience. Chose the Covina location to meet a friend. the wait to be acknowledged at the table was long, the delivery of beer was even longer, and it was flat! our order of 2 appetizers came separately and took again a long time so we asked for a box and left. Sad representation

   Food was delicious and well-prepared. Service attentive and friendly. A large, open dining area which could be noisy if crowded and not seated near the edge.

    I made a reservation at 6:30 PM and wasn’t sat until 7:15 PM. My reservation was for eight people and I was sat at a six person table. It was very squished. We couldn’t get switched to a different table and was told that any food would take up to 45 minutes to come out so we ended up just leaving.
