   Food was cold and the server did not come with our drinks for at least 25 minutes after being seated not even water, then the service was just extremely slow. We got all of our foods and it was cold. Very horrible service will not come back.

   So bad. very long delivery of dishes. the waiter did not warn about the delay. waited an hour for dessert bad experience

   We received our appetizer AFTER the entree. They said there was a cook shortage. (We got chips and dip). I understand staff issues. But the portions were one cup full, and the other two half empty (cheese and guac). It felt 'skimpy'. Fail. We ate dinner at 5pm. They were already out of the cinnamon roll pizookie. The orange creme soda was not good. And the deep dish pizza... I'm sorry any detroit style pizza around the bay is 10 X's better. Overall a bad experience and we won't be back

   Been here a couple times through out the years, but this visit was the worse. Food was super slow to come out, and when it did, everything was cold. Everything! Steak wasn't cooked right. Drinks were ok. Overall was surprised by how bad service was. Front desk people were nice though. You can do better BJ.

   I will never go back. The food was just okay but way overpriced. The music was so loud we couldn’t even have a conversation. And the worst part? The restroom was absolutely disgusting—filthy and completely unacceptable. For the prices they charge, you’d expect a much better experience. Shame on them for not maintaining basic cleanliness and comfort for their customers. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares.

   Our server was great… however getting seated was a nightmare. We had a 4pm reservation and arrived at 3:45 pm and were told we would be seated shortly. We were not seated for 45 mins and were given several varying excuses. We finally sat in the bar area open seating and the manager was kind enough to clean the tables for us.

   i held my Birthday dinner party with my family members. The foods were not as good as we expected. and there was not enough waiter on Saturday. Therefore a little slow of everything.
