   Overall our experience was “fair” I booked a reservation at 4:30 and I got a confirmation text message with the address attached. I used the message address and it took me to a location near the PayCom center and it was not the correct location so it made us late. I had to call and verify the address and indeed it sent me to the wrong location so we were forced to change our time selected. Once we did get to the location I tried to explain the mishap with the location and the host and she pretty much did not care. She just casually asked me what was my name and stated “they have plenty of seats available” like the issue was with the seating or something! NO, the issue was we had to drive an extra 17 minutes away to get to the right location. That was a waste of time and gas and the host did not care! She also couldn’t find my reservation name in the system after I gave it to her but then I had to show her the message and then she was like oh I found you, it was just to many red flags within the staff for me!

   Room is too dark to read the menu. Our server got my order wrong. Had to ask for help once to get the waiter to come take our order.

   BJs was super accommodating when our group size suddenly got smaller prior to our visit. Food was amazing too!

   Worst prime rib I've ever had. Overcooked and dry. Mashed potatoes were dry too. Garlic vegetables were barely cooked. Very hard (undercooked). Appetizers were good though.

   We did not feel rushed to eat. We had really great service and she was super kind. We will definitely be coming back.

    The food was not great at all. Did not enjoy, and wasted money. Also was told that they do not accept reservations so I’m confused to why there is an option on open table, but the restaurant doesn’t value it.
