   We had an incredible gluten free lunch to celebrate my sister’s birthday. The service was great. I reserved my table through open table. I got a text 10 minutes beforehand confirming my table and then at the time of our reservations , a text that said it was available. The service is great. The food was delicious. They had a separate gluten-free menu. They served a wonderful dessert to celebrate the birthday. I highly recommend BJ’s restaurant.

   Awful service. Took forever to get drinks and then appetizers. Then server went on a break and we had nobody. Every person in our seven party got their food at a different time

   Party of 3 arrived 10 minutes before time of reservation. Check in person said we would be seated in about 10 minutes and there was 1 party ahead of us. 17 minutes later I got a text that we would be seated soon and return to the host station. We went to the station and waited an additional 20 minutes until I went up to the host to find out what happened to our table. Her response was mumbled and said we would be seated soon. We ended up waiting about 45 minutes before we were seated.

   Had an amazing experience at BJ’s Restaurant! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming, and Jacob went above and beyond to make our visit special. The food and drinks were fantastic—everything came out fresh and flavorful. The service was top-notch, and to top it all off, they surprised my mom with a free Pizookie for her birthday! 🎉 Such a thoughtful touch that made our celebration even sweeter. Huge thanks to Jacob and the team for making it such a memorable night. We’ll definitely be back!

   Service was good and my partner’s ahi salad was decent. I ordered the cherry chipotle salmon. The salmon was over cooked and the “glaze” was a watery liquid with couscous floating in it. It looked like soup. I have had this meal many times before and it never looked or tasted this way. Disappointing

   Waiters were great. Food was good. It was a bit noisy. We were glad that they could accommodate our 11 guests. My fish tacos were very tasty, how very my wife’s flatbread pizza had most of her toppings concentrated in the middle, with few toppings on the ends.

   I made a 7:15 and waited over a hour for a table. I checked in on-Time and and four minutes table I received a text message that my table was ready. I proceeded to back to reservation desk and told me standby and they would call my name. I waited 15 minutes and no one called my name, so I asked the person running the reservations and seating, he me that they were busy so I need to be patience. Then he went on seating walk-in before me. I heard him tell a family of four that it would be 20 minutes and I was already waiting for 25 minutes with a reservation. It happened that he lost track and of my reservation was very rude about it instead of being apologetic about it. Poor customer service and Doesn’t know the first rule, that you don’t argue with the customers.

   Good as always! Big variety of dishes, everything is fresh and delicious 🤤. Great service, but can be busy evenings and weekends so it gets loud. Love this place!

    Our server was interesting to say the least, I didn’t catch her name but she had blonde hair. She gave tables around us Attitude. My whole group of friends work in customer service so we understand it gets tuff sometimes and at first we were quite understanding but then her behavior started to show and that’s when we all weren’t enjoying our experience. When she approached our table, she tossed coasters and threw the straws at the table, she Came to our table to vent to us about another table being rude, when the food came out she stood next to me and said “can I just stand here for a little bit , can y’all just make me look busy because I just can’t” while I was trying to just spend time with my friends and enjoy our food. I understand people have their bad days but this prevents people from coming again.
