   Our server was not attentive. The music was so loud our server couldn't even hear take our order. Music should be the background not like I'm at a concert. Meal came and no utensils had to ask for two times as my food sat there. Server finally asked how our meal was when we were literally done. The food was OK portions have shrunken substantial. Bj's used to be better.

   Long wait to be seated, considering we had a reservation. Check-in staff poorly organized and confused. Waitress overwhelmed and unatentive for basic check-ins. (Would've liked a little more tea). Manager supported her but we had to get our own utensils after food was served and then hunt down steak knives. Seemed like an overall lack of organization and communication. Just tired of the overused and undersolved excuse of being understaffed. Thankfully, all four meals were delicious.

   We had reservations at 6:15 got seated at 6:35 ordered our drinks right away and it took over 30 minutes to get our drinks. We ordered right away to assure we got our food but we didn’t get it until an hour later. In the meantime the waiter didn’t check on us or refill our drinks. The only reason we finally got our food is because I complained. This is the worst experience I have ever had.

   The food and service there was pretty good, the food came pretty quick and the waiter did a great job, me and my girlfriend had a great time, I would definitely recommend coming here

   We had an okay experience but they do not honor the reservation made through open table. I made a reservation for 7:30 but when I got there I still had to wait 1hr-1hr and 30 minutes. If I would’ve known that I would’ve arrived at BJ’s earlier to but us on the actually wait list. They also took along time with food orders and drink orders.

   Prompt seating. Good menu, much variety. Kitchen very slow in preparation, almost 60 minutes from food order. Waitress was friendly / helpful.

    Everything about our experience was very good except initially the music was up so loud we had to ask the waitress if they could turn it down. Our group of 6 couldn't understand each other when the music was up so loud. Ambiance of the restaurant is excellent but the men's bathroom is showing hard use and could definately use some maintenance.
