   The food was unbelievably delicious and the service was on point - our server was incredibly nice, jovial, and recommended wonderful dishes. One of the most enjoyable dining experiences ever. I don’t why Opentable doesn’t allow for choosing 6 stars.

   Stumbled across Bistronomy while walking our Airbnb neighborhood. Read the menu and knew this was where we needed to have our last dinner in Charleston. Wonderful service and more importantly delicious food. Would highly recommend that one have dinner here at least one night while in Charleston.

   There is No parking at this location and street parking is nonexistent. We finally parked at a nearby business and got towed. Beware!!

   I had high expectations based one everything I had hear about Bistronomy and they did not disappoint! From the fabulous food to the attentive but not overbearing service, we could not have been happier with our meal. We did 5 petite plates for two of us it was the perfect amount of food. Highly recommend the escargot dumplings and the duck confit steam bun but honestly everything we had was delicious!

   Great food and fabulous service. The next table over had just a bit too much fun and became quite loud late in our meal. We will definitely be back though!

    The food quality and presentation were excellent. My swordfish was cooked perfectly which can be a tricky fish to nail the temperature. All 4 in our party give it a thumbs up and from this group that is a major achievement. Keep up the attention to detail.
