   The staff was super friendly, personable and helped us. The mussels were sublime! And the fries and the beets!

   We enjoyed our meal at Bistro Vendome very much. The food was excellent, as usual, and our server was especially attentive. All in all, it was a very pleasant evening.

   As always, Bistro Vendome comes through as a special place for a celebration. In this case it was Easter Brunch. The special cocktails hit the spot and the Easter crepes wer wonderful. Pleasant conversations with the server and the folks at the next table always make for a pleasant experience here.

   Food always delicious, although for brunch the selection is limited and add ons like potatoes or bacon are not included but can be added a la carte. Server was great, although coffee is served in small cups, and getting a refill is not always easy. No traditional omelettes or quiches which is odd in a french bistro. Other options suffie however, and are all delicious.

   Wonderful as always. The halibut was crispy and tender, cleverly served in a subtle delicate fennel broth. The coq a van was among the best we’ve had. The house country pate is meaty and flavorful. We miss the smaller breads but the half sourdough round was still nice. Matt was a friendly attentive server. The ambience hit the right balance of lively but not noisy. We are, and will remain, regulars.

    Service was incredible! Cocktails, wine, bread and dessert were wonderful. Halibut had little to no flavor, it was beautiful to look at, but lacked taste. We will go back and give some other items a try!
