   First time dining here. Very helpful staff when I needed to reschedule my reservation from lunch time to dinner service. Had to wait about 10-15 mins even with a reservation. Very busy and energetic place. I have a scallop allergy so made sure to review the menu for safe items. Ordered the fried tofu thinking it would be safe. Remembered to remind the staff of my allergy but only after I ate from the sauce accompanying the tofu (which unfortunately had diced scallops in it without it begin mentioned on the menu). Thank goodness that I didn’t eat much of it but began to have a reaction so had to cut dinner short. Staff was very concerned and expedited things so we could pay the bill quickly and leave. Just a reminder for the staff to alert diners about potential allergens in sauces, drinks, and other items on the menu. Better to be safe!

   This was our first visit to Bistro Na’s for a friend’s birthday dinner — and it absolutely won’t be our last. The dining room was nothing short of stunning, with a regal ambiance that set the tone for a truly memorable evening. Every dish we ordered was exquisitely prepared, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the impeccable service. June guided us through the menu with genuine warmth, confidence, and grace. Her deep knowledge of the cuisine and thoughtful recommendations made all the difference. Thanks to her, every course felt curated and intentional. Bistro Na’s is a rare gem — refined, welcoming, and unforgettable.

   We had a very enjoyable experience at Bistro Na’s. It’s a beautiful atmosphere - perfect for birthdays and special occasions. We will definitely be coming back!

   Quick service and high-quality food, lots of choices and a comfortable environment, low noise level compared to typical Chinese restaurants. Will visit again.

    Despite making a reservation through OpenTable weeks in advance, my request was completely ignored. The servers were cold and unprofessional, and the food was served in a disorganized manner—soup and rice arrived first, while the meat came last. To make matters worse, one of our dishes was completely forgotten, and the overall flavor was lackluster, as if they had run out of salt. Adding to the frustration, their Beijing Duck requires a reservation three days in advance, yet there is no clear notification about this policy beforehand—an absolute failure in operational management. What’s even more troubling is the clear disparity in service. The servers treated white customers with warmth and courtesy, while Asians, including myself, were met with cold indifference and even disdain. Overall, this was the worst Chinese restaurant experience I’ve ever had, and I say that as someone who is Chinese.
