   Notre serveur étais très moyen. A trois reprises il à oublié nos demandes. Pour un restaurant du château Frontenac je m’attendais a manger mieux. Notre dessert était un congelé du Costco.. lol

   Could’ve been good. Put my family and I in the corner where staff went in and out and with no view even though that’s what the restaurant is mainly known for. Service checked on us maybe 3 times in the 2 hours we were there. It took forever to even get water to begin with and after appetizers we waited, no joke, an hour for the main course. It only came after we asked the waiter twice for it. The food was good and you get quite a bit for what you pay for. But the service, even though they had a nice demeanor, was quite lacking. Especially for the price

   Situated in the Chateau Frontenac is this gem of a restaurant. Our server Laurent was amazing and attentive. The food was delicious. My husband ordered the pork belly.

   We had the beef cheek poutine and the chicken club sandwich. Both were very good. The restaurant has great views and the service was good. I’d recommend this restaurant.

   We dined here to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we were certainly not disappointed. Annik, was our perfect host. The food was delicious and the service exceptional. To top our special occasion, we were treated to a special complimentary dessert. Thank you. 🏰🦪🍽🍸🍷🥃

    It was my first visit, I had great expectations and it didn’t dissapoint! Had dinner reservation to celebrate my 50th birthday and everything was great. The vibe, the food, the service. The restaurant is beautiful, with a very nice view of the river. I forgot the name of the waiter, but he took my order quickly, answered my questions on some of the dishes and recomended wines to pair with. I had the Gaspesian Seafood Casserole and the maple creme brulee, both were delicious! Had a wonderful evening at Bistro Le Sam!
