   This is the third, and last, Christmas night meal we'll have here. The first two were great, this was extremely disappointing. The presentation was terrible, with chunks of meat sitting on a plate without adornment. It was pub food at inflated prices. While my chicken was cooked well, the side vegetables were tough. My husband had two goes at ordering a cocktail, only to be told they didn't have the ingredients.

   Great spot but unfortunately no one mentioned the specials and my husbands swordfish was very under cooked my chicken was fantastic

   My partner absolutely loves this place and we usually come here every month or every two months as the food and service is always fantastic! However this time, just the food was fantastic, the service to put it bluntly was absolutely terrible which has never ever been the case. From the start it was going great however once we were sat down for a good 30 minutes we still did not receive any bread at all which we have grown to love, we had to ask our waitress twice for bread and she still did not bring any. Eventually when we got our starters we asked that waiter if we could have some bread and he brought it instantly... I don’t understand how she forgot to bring it initially but then forgot twice after asking her?? It gets worse as we than waited a good hour and a hit for our food, now I understand it was busy so the wait time is justified however during this period she did not check up on us once, not for another drink not to check if everything was okay literally nothing, once again the male waiter who served us the starters came to the rescue... again. Now come mains, we initially got someone else’s main. Partner ordered John Dory fish and I got the steak, two steak dishes came to our table and my partner informed the waitress that this isn’t ours. Usually this would be a small mistake, however the couple behind us came 20-30 minutes after us and had their mains before us?? I don’t understand what happened there. Lastly we told one of the waiters (not the server that caused all the problems) that we feel the service hasn’t been like it usually is. The waitress then comes over to our table and asks if there is a problem, but not in a nice way essentially going straight to the point. I calmed the situation down and said we just expected a bit more etc etc but honestly her service compared to the many many times we have had in the past was by far the worst. Overall we will still come back as this is just a once off, we love the restaurant.

   Food was good (we both had steak). Unfortunately, onion soup and escargots were no longer on the regular menu (the latter happened to be on today’s special), which we used to love. We did find the service to be slightly lack of attention to details on this occasion. The waitress asked whether we would like another bottle of sparkling water, poured the remaining into our glasses then took the bottle away with another 100 ml left in it. Then a waiter was about to pour tap water into our glasses.

   Such a beautiful place to celebrate my birthday and Christmas with the family. The wait staff were lovely (especially with their French accents) and the food was magnificent. Loved that there were plenty of vegetarian options. I will be back

   Only had I bottle of the beer one of our guests wanted. The noise level was awful......having to raise your voice is not good for conversation. We didn’t like having so many different staff attending the table and clearly there was poor communication, because more than once they came asking the same questions. Sunday lunch in the past, was much better.

   We enjoyed a lovely meal before going to a show at the Palms Crown. Waiters were efficient and friendly and we were served in plenty of time before the show. My husband loved the complimentary crusty baguette.

   Terrible service, with average quality food for this price point. Previously a regular - not any more. Waitress was abrupt throughout the evening; drinks were slow to arrive - wrong when they did; hairs in dishes; dishes served over diners and when not everyone was sitting at the table, steak was delivered well when medium-rare was ordered. Bill was wrong when it arose, and when we asked for a copy of the receipt, the waitress had already thrown it in the bin.

    Food was excellent, as was the waiting staff. Disappointed that I could not receive the cocktail that I had ordered as they had "run out" of cherry liquer. Additionally the sauce that came with the steak was incorrect and when the correct one did arrive there was only 1 not 2 even though 2 people had ordered steak. 1 sauce was definitely not enough for 2 people.
