   For the many times we have patronized Bistecca this time the service was terrible. Server appeared to be a novice in the business. Hovered over us continually until we ordered. (restaurant was only half full) We Asked him about an item content . He did not know so he guessed with the answer wrong. Asked about a product we ordered. He gave us the wrong answer. (the bartender gave us the proper one with an extended attempt to give us an extended answer) We specifically noted on our reservation that we were celebrating two special days. This server gave us the bill with no reference to the request. We would definitely return to Bistecca but never with this server

   Great music, great staff. We were greeted with smiles and were made to feel welcome! We enjoyed the food and had a great time!

   Food was great, there was a fun band and lively atmosphere. Service was a bit slow but it was busy when we arrived so is somewhat understandable. We went for weekend brunch and will go again for dinner.

   All individuals conducted themselves admirably. Our arrival from the aircraft was delayed. There were no issues regarding our attire. The cuisine provided was of exceptional quality.

   The service was a little on the slow side even though the restaurant was not busy. The salad, prepared at the table, was good, but way too much for three people. The baked potato was not fully cooked and was hard inside. The spaghetti was way too spicy. The chicken was not buttery enough. The desert was outstanding. The waitress, Bianca, was great and we don't blame her for the slow service and poor tasting food.

   Food was delicious especially the crab cake. My steak was cooked perfectly. The service was awesome. I enjoyed my dinner

   Had an amazing dinner!! I had the ribeye (bone out) but will choose the larger bone in ribeye and share it with someone. Several of us had the at your table preparation Cesar salad… OMG. Our waiter, wish I remembered his name, was very attentive and great. Definitely a must try and we will be back again.

    First off, let’s start with the reservation, which is really just a placeholder not that you’ll be able to actually sit down at the time of your “reservation.” Reservation was for 6 PM., was not seated until approximately 6:20 PM. Next there was 10 min wait before any bread/water service or server interaction & introduction occurred. Server Team was Kevin & Leah. Leah was nice (only 1 encounter with her) yet Kevin was inattentive during the entire dinner service. he didn’t interact with our table. Kevin came off as rude & just didn’t seem to care for our table what so ever! Additionally, our order was wrong as the wrong side dish was brought to the table & we were still charged for it. We also had the table side Cesar salad & you might as well have “Kevin salad” because he does everything else while wearing those gloves before he actually makes your Cesar salad. We watched him push his glasses up with his hands while he was making the salad, handle credit cards, pull up his pants, handle a dessert menu and who knows what else all while wearing the gloves to make the Caesar salad. Safe food handling for this dish was a joke. IF you are the manager of this location, just sit and watch Kevin with these gloves on, it’s disgusting! I should honestly report them & him to the health department. This was the worse steakhouse experience ever, save yourself the time!
