Set Meals

A whole chicken or leg of lamb marinated for 20 hours in a blend of a dozen individual herbs and spices. Slow cooked for eight hours, soaked at intervals with freshly ground fragrant spices blended in meticulous proportions. The slow mixing of the mild, creamy sauce adds exotic flavour and exquisite taste and gives an enchanting presentation. The dish includes chicken Tikka, kebab, Naan, mixed vegetables, mushroom, special rice and popadom.
