   Had a really lovely Easter Sunday/Birthday lunch. Nothing was too much trouble for our waitress. Quality of food was really good. The lamb in particular was cooked to perfection. Chef went to extra trouble with Birthday Boys lunch as he won’t eat red beef. Will you see us again? You bet you will.

   Another meal at BIH, this time for lunch. Same very friendly and attentive staff and good food. Lovely setting and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

   We had a fantastic Sunday roast beef and it was tasty. The portions were large and great value. The staff were so friendly and welcoming I will definitely be going again and would recommend it.

   If you want a Sunday roast, you won’t do better than having it here. I normally have the beef, but in this occasion I had the lamb, and it was absolutely fantastic. The meat just fell off the bone. Not forgetting that the staff are very friendly and attentive. This is a regular place that I eat at.

   Family get together for a lovely meal and a good catch up and we were not let down. Great food and excellent service in a warm and very characterful environment. Very good value for money with a range of dishes and desserts to suit all our tastes. Very highly recommended!

   Very friendly pub with great landlord. Food and service good. Had the steak as it was steak night - very good value. We will return to try the normal menu.
