We're back! The Bircus Brewing Co. and Bircus Grille are open! Enjoy the finest beer in the tri-state brewed by our legendary head brewer Sean, and enjoy our own unique spin on classic circus fare. Strict social distancing enforced. In accordance with Kentucky Covid Law we are opening at 25% capacity with reservations available for 100 people. Great local place always something interesting happening....it's a circus, you can have a beer and even learn to juggle like a pro.

We went to Bircus to escape the confines of "COVID" living. We were well entertained by Musical performer Hillary Hahn, she played 2 sole sets, one on keyboard the other on acoustic guitar. Hillary Hahn is a fantastic artist! We were also entertained by several staff members who performed various side acts, such as juggling, and aerial acrobatics! The beer was cold and fresh (made in house). We will go back again!

Very novel and entertaining. We went on Thursday at 6:45 so not crowded. When we left, 2 hours later it was getting busier. The duo playing was very good. Beer was excellent, food offerings very minimal, but kitchen is not completed yet. We want to come back for a circus performance on a Saturday night.

Great place to hang out with friends family or a date. I really like the beers especially the "chute the chutes". Look forward to going back soon.

After watching the bartender collect everyone’s dirty glasses with bare hands, I would have rather seen him wearing gloves, especially when he poured our beers.

Bircus is always a great time. Working on putting together a kitchen or consistent food. The beer, atmosphere and entertainment are #1.
