   Felt a little rushed when you order a glass of wine with your pasta dinner and the pasta comes out of the kitchen in 3minutes and the wine comes later. I know fresh pasta cooks fast but the experience didn’t seem very relaxed.

   Our server Marco is a gem. He remembers me each time we go, and even offers up our fav pizza modifications. He’s attentive and super friendly. Great food, excellent service!

   Dining at Birba is always a wonderful experience. The food and ambiance are only surpassed by the excellent service. Never a bad experience.

   So glad they have gluten free pasta, but my spaghetti was more like soup. Too much sauce and the noodles were falling apart. :( Bresaola appetizer was tasty. Portions are small.

   Really nice patio, great service, terrible food. We ordered both pizza and pasta and they were both honestly not great. The pizza was flat and clearly hadn’t proofed/fermented long enough. The pesto on the pasta was watery and limey. Really weird. We did have a great salad. Definitely more of a place to be seen.

    Not as special as it used to be. Been coming here for years and loved it when it was small and special. The waiter was fun and helpful. The dinners came out just barely warm. The tri-color salad is always delicious. The restaurant needs to pay to the details. And add a fish dish to round out the menu. Don’t you think?
