   Management need to keep on top of kitchen staff and head chef need to keep on to of kitchen staff.. staff need training this could be a really nice place ones organisation is in place. But some of food was nice

   A little gem in the unlikely heart of Bexleyheath. Excellent food, lovely surroundings and sweet staff. Keep coming back here.

   We were looking for traditional Indian fare and that's exactly what we got here - well prepared and delicious,Good prices, very good service. coming here for years and will continue to do so.

   Prebooked a table for 7pm..had a confirmation email twice to clarify my booking and a reminder of my booking! Got there at 6.50pm and the shutters were half down. Knocked on the door and told the staff we had a booking at 7pm only to be told that they were closed due to them catering for another event! Was not happy and showed them my confirmation email of my booking to which they first said we may be opening at 7.30pm but it wasn’t guaranteed! They eventually accepted the fact that I had a confirmed booking and let us in. We were seated but the service was apalling. No one came over to ask us if we wanted to order drinks or food. We had to keep asking them to come over. We got our starters and drinks and were left sitting for an hour and half before I had to ask again if we could order some more drinks and if we could place our order for our mains. Same thing happened after we had finished our mains and had to ask again to order desserts! They did not even clear our plates and we had to ask them to take our plates so we had room to put our desserts on the table. Given that they were not busy and had 3 waitresses, the service was diabolical. The food was average. First and last time I will be visiting this place and will not recommend to anyone.

   We booked a table for 6pm for 8 people for a 60th birthday meal. They refused to let us in saying they don't take bookings until 7.30pm. We had all the booking confirmations via text and email and still didn't let us in, didn't explain anything or help us just turned us away despite having a 5 year old and 4 month old with us. In the end we walked around with a cake and decorations in our hand until we found another restaurant who could accommodate us!! No customer service or empathy, professionalism or manners totally ruined our evening and celebration. Luckily we found the restaurant 'base camp' after we explained what happened they took us in and were very kind and accommodating and looked after us very well and even gave us a 50%discount for what had happened to us and as a birthday gesture. Thank goodness there are some kind hearted business people out there who understand the words customer service we will be returned to base camp regularly. Unfortunately, bindaas we will never be going to now

   The food was very good, fabulous flavours and very fresh. The table was ready when we arrived, and given a mid week night it was relatively quiet. Although polite the service itself was pretty lacking - starters and main were served on top of each other with little distinction and drinks took an age to arrive (it wasn’t busy so no real excuse for this). Once served we were left to it - no follow up from the staff to see if we wanted anything else or if everything was ok. It looks to be a place where you need to wave your arms around to get attention when you need it! That said I would go back because the food was fab and good value.

   The mixed starter looked fantastic but actually it was all totally overcooked, lots of charred burnt dry meat. Disappointing, would have been much better cooked less
