There’s no better way to get an authentic taste of the flavors and vibe of Bahamian life than at Bimini Road. Not only can you enjoy “locals-only” favorites like conch salad, but you’ll also be able to order an array of freshly landed seafood and wash it all down with local beers, tropical juices and some delicious tropical cocktails.
The food is just part of the story at Bimini Road. Diners get to enjoy live Caribbean music most nights, the cool breeze and view over Atlantis Marina, not to mention the vibrant energy of Marina Village, one of the island’s busiest areas.

Reservation cancellation requires guests to cancel by or before 4PM on the day of the reservation. Failure to cancel will result in a no-show fee of $30 per person if guests do not arrive within 15 minutes of their reservation.

Food was good - not great. The Snapper was delish however. Service was OK. Not the friendliest. When bill arrived on a tablet only displaying the total, the server said if you want to leave a tip you may. What she failed to mention was gratuity had already been included. Very deceiving. So be aware - gratuity is included on all food and beverage purchases at the Atlantis.

Overall not impressed and highly overrated for what you are ordering. For example as an appetizer we ordered nachos and they were 99% chips and cheese, certainly did not match the menu description

The service was excellent, although there seemed to be few people dining out. The food like so many other places at this resort was completely bland. We were lucky to ask a waiter for some special sauce that is not on the menu and it completely transformed our blackened flounder.

Overall fair experience and that’s being generous. Our meals came out before our appetizer so they took the meals back and placed them under the warmer while we ate our appetizer. 😡. Appetizer was mediocre at best. Conch salad full of raw onions and not worth the money. We ordered jerk chicken and grilled shrimp which were good. We did enjoyed the peas and rice as well as the fried plantains. Overall. We will not be back.

Had the jerk chicken and ribs. It all tasted like cinnamon! Service excellent. Wine good. Food… not great.

My husband and I shared a fried snapper. It was full of white meat and so delicious it did not feel greasy and it was the best I ate all week. I would recommend this restaurant in your visit to Atlantis or Paradise Island.
