   This was our first time here and we highly enjoyed the Blizten Bar! Such fun cocktails and good beef jerky.

   Usually I love Biltong but last night was underwhelming. The food and drinks were tasty as usual but the service was worse than usual and very slow. Example: We ordered the biltong sampler which (despite having it on the menu) did not include the dried sausage. Our waitress did not tell us that it was no longer included until after we asked about. (Very bad form) Also, it took almost 30 minutes to get it which seems crazy for an appetizer that simply needs to be cut and placed on a platter. Example: Several items had increased price from what was listed on the menu and we did not find out until the check arrived. Once again, a great disappointment in service. I understand prices change and still think the price is fine, but for no one to tell us about it and not be reflected on the menu is unacceptable. We did not plan to be there over three hours but it took so long for each thing to arrive that we were there much longer than expected and planned. I will eventually go back because we have always loved Biltong but it may be a while to see if they can get these issues worked out. And honestly, most of the issues could have easily been resolved if our waitress had communicated with us better.

   Cocktails were pricey but very good! Really enjoyed our time here, food was plentiful.

   Enjoyed a festive evening at Biltong! The service was slow but loved the cocktails and food. The Christmas decor was fun and made for a good photo as well. I’ll definitely be back!

   We had a great time here! It was nicely decorated for the holidays. The food was delicious and the drinks were really good. The service was great except they were short staffed. Behind the bar and the wait staff.. apparently they've been short staffed a while. But they did do the best they could and it was appreciated. While everything tasted great, expect a wait for drinks/food to come out.

    They charge a 25% split check fee and don’t tell you. The service was slow as the food was mediocre at best. Wouldn’t go back.
