That's why the town proudly hosts the original Bill's restaurant, and dare we say it, it's still the best - not only because it's our firstborn. Great lunch for a catch up with friends. We all had the set menu which was a bargain. Food great although friends said the crumble was a little soggy. Very busy but our waitress was attentive and we didn’t find ourselves waiting for anything. Only niggles would be there is no accessible toilet (you have to go to the pub next door) and the pay at your table QR code didn’t work (we were using the wrong one and the right one had fallen off).

As always Bills has a great atmosphere, excellent staff and a good food selection. Bills never disappoints.

Enjoyed our Sunday breakfasts at Bills. Good lively atmosphere, friendly staff, great food! Of course we’ll be back!

The menu was as good and as varied as ever, they had a Pancake specials, which we would have loved to try but sadly we did not have the time. I had the chicken schnitzel which was also a special and my wife had the duck curry, the food was excellent. The Bill’s lager was very refreshing.

First time at Bills. Had an amazing time. Food was just great and staff absolutely brilliant. For sure I will be back WELL DONE !!! Loved it
