Step into the hidden world of Bijou Drinkery Room, a speakeasy within L'oie Foodie Rooftop.

Inspired by the Bijou Cocktail, invented by Harry Johnson, "the father of professional bartending”, its name evokes three glittering jewels: gin for diamond, vermouth for ruby and chartreuse for emerald. Its recipe is also one of the oldest in the manual, dating back to the 1890s.

Bijou, the Drinkery Room where vibes & music along with cocktail gems blend up together and become a whole new atmosphere and experience. A place where the unusual meets the unexpected, where history meets innovation and where drinks have been crafted to challenge your senses & beliefs.

I had the most incredible night at Bijou. I was greeted by the cutest bartender with birthday shots. Once inside, the atmosphere was very relaxed yet sophisticated, the crowd was super cool and I ended up making friends with other patrons and the bartenders! It was a night to remember.

El lugar está cerrado desde hace una semana (de acuerdo con los bartenders del bar de abajo) y no nos cancelaron la reserva ni nos notificaron por open table. Igual en la página de Instagram jamás publicaron nada. Éramos dos chicas visitando la condesa un jueves por la noche y quedamos perdidas hasta que encontramos otro lugar.
