   Outstanding in very aspect. ingredients of the food, wait staff, manager, ambience, etc. Nominally a bit pricy with all the rest being fantabulous

   Big Sky Café was a great choice for us. We had a party of 10 and were able to make reservations just 3 hours ahead. The table was prepped and waiting. Service was outstanding. Our server was smart and efficient, they kept the water full and the table clean. We had some varied food needs and the server and kitchen were more than happy to accommodate our requests. Food was very good, smartly plated and flavorful. The only complaint I had was that the vegetable that came with my mahi-mahi special were a little cold. Prices were well within reason and I would definitely return to this establishment.

   Had a really nice meal last weekend at Big Sky, and look forward to it each time we visit SLO.. i had salmon this time, but have enjoyed the beef and eggplant lasagna in the past. The waitress was very helpful in selecting a wine..

   Awesome brussel sprouts with mole sauce. All their items are very creative and tasty.

   We loved the menu, it was varied, interesting and offered a number of vegan options. Our waiter, Bob, was terrific and the ambiance had plenty of character. Plus, we felt the food and beverage pricing was a good value. We will come back again soon.

   SUPER SLOW...... Had an early reservation...5pm due to needing to get on the road. Dining room only about 25% full, still took about 10 minutes to take our order and NO JOKE about 50 minutes for the food to arrive. Server was nice, but didn't check in much on us and when we inquired about timing she was just like, "it's coming"....leading me to believe this is the norm at this place. Took another 20 plus minutes to get our check. Overall, food was good, not great and just too way too long. We won't be back.

   They were slammed with no show at kitchen. We didn’t place our order for 45 min after being seated. Mac n cheese was cold, noodle soup dish had no flavor and my kids had to ask for soy sauce for the broth. We were served so late we didn’t want to keep sending dishes back. The white flag was already up for us. My halibut was delicious but at $28 the portion was minuscule. Staff and GM tried hard but the overall execution was not worth the price especially for my daughters birthday.

   It was Valentines Day so this review is just for this specific day. We still will come to Big Sky we think it’s good restaurant. The Mac and cheese was runny and was not good at all we took one bite and we were done. Not good. The palenta fries were good. The halibut was fair, broccoli was good. Potatoes were terrible and not edible. Service was very nice but slow and delayed understandably so because I’m of the holiday. Please list this as a private note to the restaurant not a public review. It’s refusing to let me select private.
