   This was our second time dining at this location,however the second time was disappointing. At 5pm in the afternoon on a Saturday there were no ribs.There was a large party there but these were kids and ribs were not the first choice for children. We were told it would be 30 mins. Then told an hour. Are these ribs broiled or baked ? They couldn't be on the grill because you can't really time ribs but other than that we settled for 14.00 dollar burgers.. they were ok but the bill was pricey for 2 burgers,an appetizer and the 3 cocktails 100.00... nothing special

   Server was awesome. All the food needed salt. I’m not a huge salt person but if I’m picking up the shaker because it’s bland then there’s an issue.

   I would rate this restaurant zero stars if I could. My husband and I were visiting Chattanooga for a Valentine’s weekend getaway and had the misfortune of visiting for our last dinner in town. We had reservations, but still had to wait 15 minutes to be seated. The restaurant itself was very loud and felt like a chain. We ordered chips and dip as an appetizer. For our entrees, my husband ordered a burger, and I ordered nachos. We waited for 45 minutes just to get the appetizer, which is clearly a premade item. We were seated by the kitchen so I was able to watch our entrees sit for 15+ minutes before they were brought to our table. My husband’s burger was dressed incorrectly and literally raw in the middle. My nachos were also incorrect and soggy. The manager was very nice and comped our food, but it was still such a poor overall experience. Do not recommend.

   Made reservation for 7:15 and showed up at 7:05. Was put in a call/wait list, but was seated before reservation time. I had to get the Manager because we were not being waited on. We were seated approximately 12 minutes and others were being seated and orders taken. Manager promptly rectified the issue and gave us appetizer for free. The meal was very good and the rest of the time we were taking care of.

   The reservation we made did not mean anything to the restaurant. The food was okay, but had nothing special going for it.

   This restaurant did not honor our reservation, or anyone else's that night. More than disappointing as we confirmed the reservation that day by telephone. When we arrived we were told there was a 90 wait and they would add us to a list. When I stated, "I guess reservations don't mean anything here.", the host responded sarcastically, "Yea, guess it sucks." I'll never go back.

   Had reservations for Valentine’s Day. Food was very average. After a 20 min wait they wanted to sit us at a half table/ half booth. We said that was fine...until we sat down. The place they tried to sit us was a long booth where other people were practically sitting on top of us. Hoping to have a quiet romantic dinner for this special day, we declined these seats. Then they ended up sitting us in the back with a softball team. It was extremely loud and not what you would hope for on Valentine’s Day, but we tried to make the best of it. All in all everything was just very blah. Probably won’t go back unless I’m in a super loud group that I wouldn’t want to take somewhere very fancy lol

    The server Maddie (Madelyn) & Trainee Emily were OUTSTANDING in the level of table service they provided me during my late afternoon 6:00pm dining experience. Also manager Alexandria stopped by to ensure everything was going as expected. I only had an appetizer of Chicken Wings done Extra Crispy along with a soft drink beverage and the service & wings were done perfectly. The pace of the appetizer and beverage refills were on time, thank you Maddie, Emily & Alexandria.
