   The food we ordered was of an acceptable quality. However, the service was particularly slow and erratic which was unfortunate considering we were there for the unlimited weekend brunch. Our designated server disappeared for exceptionally long periods of time. This was unfortunate considering we were promised a drink every 10 to 15 minutes. The men cleaning the tables ended up providing us with our drinks after our server disappeared for the better part of an hour. Sadly, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant even though our steak and lobster and unlimited house bbq dishes were pretty good.

   My wife and I had bottomless brush my wife had lobster 🦞. And I had steak 😋 wich we both loved my wife had prosecco and I had red wine 🍷 we loved every thing about our day. Thank you big easy 🙏 😘 ☺️

   My daughter’s first time experiencing big easy and she really enjoyed the food and the customer service was very attentive. Will be back shortly.

   As always, great service, delicious food and great prices. We've been going to Big Easy for 10 years now and always want to come back!

   The lobster was bland and had little taste. The Rib Eye steak had gone down in standard since I last ate here in 2017.

   Went there today the food was majorly undercooked when we towed one of the waiters she told us to F off never felt so insulted in my life I was with my wife and friends and all of our kids it’s disgusting. My friend had a lobster and it was literally grey.

   Very efficient service and accommodated our special requests. Our waitress was so attentive and on the ball.

   Food has gotten more overpriced and quality has gone down. For example, nearly £15 for a sandwich with no sides. Sides received with the rib platter are underwhelming and not very tasty. Service was lacklustre at best.

    Best place to eat pre-match. Jumbo shrimp is absolutely delicious. Been going there for years and still love the place.
