   We spent a wonderful New Year’s Eve here. A great crowd, great service, good cocktails, good food, and just the right ambience.

   So fun!!! We enjoyed our time here!! I was nervous about bringing a 7 & 9 year old to dinner, but the place was just right and staff was friendly to our family!

   Mary's Christmas Palace was so much fun. The decor was over the top. Themed food and drinks were fun. Our server could have been more help with appetizer suggestions. The food was good, not great. One goes for the fun and atmosphere.

   The service was HORRIBLE. We had a reservation, and wanted to sit in the main restaurant. They stated it is not guaranteed. After getting seated, we waited 20 minutes for someone to bring water. Our main server only came over twice. They were VERY under staffed and it showed.

   This place has a lot of fun drinks and is really creative with their seasonal food shifts and naming! The atmosphere is super energetic and playful, too. The service is really bad, though, which is painful to write as service industry folks. We can’t tell if it’s management not staffing correctly or just lazy, undertrained workers. If it frustrates you to watch servers blatantly ignore tables or WAs move like molasses to turn them...maybe just sit at the bar. Or hang out with the super sweet hosts.

   I love Betty Danger's and the atmosphere around Christmas is fantastic. My only complaint this time was having a reservation made well in advance, but still having to wait to be seated upon arrival.
