   This restaurant is permanently closed. Disappointed in open table that this was able to be reserved. It should not have been.

   My wife's spaghetti & clam sauce was poor Clams where overcooked and tough Sauce was bland My dish, lasagna, was fine.

   The waitress was very nice but had 5 tables with no help. The kitchen had 6-8 people standing around while the lone waitress was running around. The food was only warm, had the kitchen staff ran the food when ready it would have been served hot. I find this at all Bertucci’s sadly to say.

   Food was mediocre. Service was pleasant. Hot rolls are nice. Grilled salmon was very oily. Chicken piccata was bland, despite how promising it could have been. I have to say I was not totally surprised. I am often underwhelmed by the food at Bertuccis, and yet I give it a try again because it's easy to go to, and the menu has promising options. I probably won't go back anymore. Too many other restaurants in the area.

   My pasta tasted terrific, I had no idea your service was very straightforward, I also loved your bread rolls.

   They had one person running seating tables and also cleaning off tables. Our waiter wasn’t around very often and it took a while to get all of our food.

   Made a reservation but never got to sit down. Waited at the host stand for about 5 minutes. The gentleman behind us finally approached a man at the end of the kitchen counter who looked like a manager(and was watching us the entire time). The customer was first ignored and then told someone would be with us. I waited two more minutes but as the door area got more and more crowded and none showed up, we left. I understand they may have been short staffed or even have been busy doing something else, but to be ignored by someone who very possibly could have been the kitchen manager is absurd. A 20 second walk and a quick, “sorry for the delay. We will be with you in a few minutes” I would have been more than happy to wait .

   Server was extremely helpful and attentive. He was very diligent and had a very pleasant disposition.

   Despite having a reservation for 6, they said they were not able to seat us given a large party that required all the larger tables. They stated they would only be able to seat us (including our 3 young children) if we sat at separate tables, which was not a reasonable option for our group.

    We arrived for our reservation to be told that there was a 30 min wait. When I informed host that we had a reservation he said, "Well I will honor it then." The restaurant was nearly empty of customers. We waited 15 min for water and drink orders to be taken. Another 20 min before drinks and warm rolls arrived. We put in orders and waited another hour. Food came out one item at a time, which was beyond ridiculous. First a kids' pizza, fifteen min later an order of soup, another fifteen minutes and two salads and then entres after another thirty minutes. We were 3 adults and 2 young children. The food was ok, the pasta was al dente, the highlight of the evening. All in all, very poor experience with female waitstaff who was not overly friendly or apologetic for delays.
