   I usually love Bertucci's, especially the pizza. This time, very dissapointed. The good: our waitress was great and I'm sorry I don't remember her name, good service, very accomodating to our group of 8 The not-so-good: my pizza was dry as a bone, the crust was HARD and almost couldn't chew it, nothing like the pizza I am used to from them, the chicken piccata was unfulfilling, and was not anything like it should be...the pieces of chickn were almost ground up, NOT nice cuts of chicken breast, roasted veggies were blah and should also state that there is cheese on them, we had a lactose allergy at the table They took the pizza off the bill, but that should have been the least they could do. Probably won't go back to this store...the other one's are much better. Atmosphere is cold and not conducive to anything intimate.

   We really enjoyed the spinach and artichoke appetizer. The roasted vegetable pizza was very good, as was the beer (Sam's hazy IPA). The food was good, the service was good, the place is conveniently located, and the whole experience was very favorable.

   I booked my reservation on Open Table but when I got to the restaurant, they didn’t have any reservation for me. The manager said something about the reservation not coming over to them and blamed the internet. He did find us a high top table in the bar area.

   We like going to this Bertucci my daughter goes to Merrimac College, therefore, it’s nice and close Unfortunately, like everywhere they were way understaffed! it took a very long time to get our food and we were almost late for our concert at Merrimack college! I truly feel bad for all the workers who gave to work so hard💕

   We really enjoyed the spinach and artichoke dip, and the veggie pizza was also pretty good. At 6PM on Friday evening, this place was really busy.

   We had a very nice meal. The spinach and artichoke dip had big chunks of artichokes, and it was hot when served.
