I was very disappointed with the service today. I had to wait 30 minutes before someone can take my order, then waited another 20 minutes for the food to arrive. By the time the food arrived at the table, it was time to box it and head back to work.

No more liquor license. Not enough staff. Waited a long time to get a waitress over for drinks. Food came out cold. Took long to get the check. Not great at all for a Bertucci’s!

Unorganized, slow, they don’t really provide any service or notice that you are even there. But, pizza is so good...

Our table was not ready for 25 minutes after our reservation time. The food was mediocre at best. The one saving grace was the host/waiter/busboy who was doing triple duty.

We waited an hour for our food when there was basically no one in the restaurant. I had to leave and get my food to go because I had to catch my train we were there so long! Overall poor service and not necessary since there are so many places to eat in this area.

I love the Bertucci’s brand and have always had a great experience in their restaurants. This was not up to standards. The place was run down, dirty, and had an illogical layout. Nearly all booths that appeared they hadn’t been updated in decades. When our server finally came to take our order (after at least ten minutes), she said “okay you ready to order?” Didn’t even ask for drinks or apps first. We DID order an appetizer and it came out first, followed by all of our entrees within one minute. We didn’t even try the appetizer. The food was not what I was used to at Bertucci’s. It tasted microwaved and no attention to detail. We were rushed out and felt devalued at best.
