   Took three friends and all left disappointed. Waited mearly 50 minutes for our orders on a busy night. When we enquired, we found our orders were not put in the system . Dinners arrived shortly after our enquiry but meals were not up to standard. Felt like they had been sitting around getting cold. Manager did offer a couple of free drinks though. Not our usual experience.

   Love everything except for the lollies machine, they are pretty unnecessary and my daughter played a few games, 1 of them she placed the coin but the machine didn’t give her a turn and no one could help us. If you have the machine you have to be responsible for malfunctioning. It is the only thing we were unhappy about. Every thing else was great 😊

   Went for birthday dinner using birthday 50% off voucher. Very impressed with all vegetarian meals… the gnocchi is outstanding. Great variety, great service. Will definitely come again.

   Ordered a special but got the basic menu version. Super loud. A bit overwhelming

   Thanks for your honest feedback Penny. Tuesdays nights are, our busiest night with both trivia and $16 meals. I would recommend requesting a quieter table in our lounge area for next time, would be more comfortable for you. regards Belrose Hotel

   We just love the Belrose hotel with the good food, the huge playground for the kids to entertain themselves.

   Had a lovely evening with a group of friends. Service people friendly. Food pretty good and reasonable prices. Dessert a little disappointing- sticky date pudding dry and stolid. Otherwise happy with our meal.

   The food was terrible. We ordered wings and they were dry with no sauce. The mains weren’t great either. The beef burger was so overcooked it was hard and dry
