   5 Stars – An Unforgettable Birthday at Bellos Lounge! From the moment we walked in, the host/server greeted us warmly and brought us to our table with a smile. To top it off, we received a complimentary bottle of champagne for my birthday, which made the night feel extra special. The food was absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated. The drinks were just as impressive—strong, tasty, and crafted to perfection. On top of that, the service throughout the night was exceptional. The staff made sure we had everything we needed and truly made the evening memorable. Bellos Lounge exceeded all expectations. From the ambiance to the hospitality, everything was on point. I’ll definitely be back and recommending it to everyone I know!

   Amazing experience at Bellos! Service was great and staff was all super friendly. I went there for my birthday dinner, and they gave me a complementary bottle of champagne to share with my friends. Food was incredible. Would 100% go here again for any occasion.

   We had a reservation for 9:30PM. Upon walking in it was clear the staff was really annoyed. When I went to who I thought was a hostess, I was told someone else was checking folks in. When the hostess finally came & spoke the group or maybe 3/4 couples 15 mins after arrival she said “I can seat y’all but the kitchen is terribly backed up, you might not get food & I don’t want people to be upset”. We looked around and realized in a restaurant full of tables there was NO food on anyone’s table. We decided to leave.

   Worst experience ever. I had made reservations waited 15 minutes to be seated on the floor after reserving High top. I took 3 hours to be served my entree after seating and appetizers took two and a half. It was valintines day but this was rediculus poor quality service for the price demanded.

   We dined here before and have always enjoyed the food, drinks, and ambiance. I decided to make us a reservation on Valentine’s Day for 6 PM before heading to an 8:00 PM concert. The ambience was very nice. They even gave us a complementary glass of champagne upon entering the restaurant. We sat in between two other sets of guests who were very friendly. We could tell that our server was probably new. He seemed a little bit nervous so we were sure to handle him with Care. My husband came in after Park in the car and I had already ordered a drink that I let my husband taste and he really liked it so he placed an order for the same espresso martini. It’s called the Armand. About 15 minutes had passed and he had not received his drink nor did we see the bartender preparing it so we had to flag down the server to ask him about it and then he immediately brought it back. We had placed our orders pretty quickly because we knew we didn’t have much time to eat and leave for the concert. It took my husband about 30 minutes to get his meal. I had already eaten mine by the time he came because I ordered from the starter menu to be my meal when the young lady served his meal she said she was going to bring back the vegetables however they never deliver the vegetables to our table. At 7:25. We asked the waiter to provide us with our check and I informed him that my husband never received the vegetables that were supposed to come with his entrée so when the server came back with our check, he told us that he had taken 20% off of the check. The guest at the tables on each side of us were also expressing disappointment and how long it was taken for them to receive their food. We also witnessed a couple who had come in after us get up and leave because no one had even come to take their order after about 15-20 minutes. We will give Bellos another try since we’ve enjoyed it in the past and hopefully what we witnessed or experienced last night will not occur again.

   I made a reservation for Valentines Day at Bellos based on the reviews, but it was a terrible experience. The service was terrible: even though we had an early reservation and we’re one of 3 couples in the restaurant, I had to wait 20 minutes for my first drink order and my husband waited another 10 after that. I had to ask our server and a food runner twice for another round of drinks that never came. The food also took way too long for how many workers they had for so few guests. When the bill finally came, the server was either unwilling or unable to show an itemized receipt. I had to ask twice to get the drinks we never received taken off the check. The venue was wildly underwhelming. For a lounge and restaurant, the first thing I noticed were two giant tvs playing NBC news throughout our valentines dinner. The place looks like someone wanted things to look high end but ran out of money after they finished the backsplash of the bar - paint was chipping everywhere I looked, the bench seat wasn’t attached to the bench, and the bathroom sink was falling off the wall. It also didn’t help that some of the staff reeked of weed, which was pretty unromantic but may at least explain the slow service. Despite all of this, the food was pretty tasty. Unfortunately, right after leaving my husband and I both got a bad case of the runs and had to end our Valentines Day early. Overall, the restaurant has potential but I would not recommend coming here.

   The food was good, but we waited over an hour for our food, and the restaurant wasn’t crowded, they also charge an automatic 15% gratuity, and the service wasn’t worth that. I had high hopes but we will not go back.

   This is my second time at Bellos. I hate the automatic gratuity policy. The wait staff takes forever to introduce themselves, they routinely forget to bring requested items and once my food & beverages are served, the server didn't check on me. I had to go search for wait staff when I needed something or to follow up on a previous request. This is not the quality of customer service of a place that enforces an automatic gratuity policy on all patrons, no matter the size of the party. Unless the customer service changes, I will not be purchasing from this business anymore.

   Our server Garrett was extremely attentive, the food was wonderful and atmosphere was top tier. We couldn’t ask for better service!!!!

    Spent my 35th birthday here. Really enjoyed myself. Food was good! Everyone enjoyed their dish. I had the Jollof rice with the roasted chicken and OMG was is BUSS’n! At 10 he Dj comes and they play music! Loved every min of it. Thank you 🫶🏽
