   Bella has become our go to for great Italian food. Service is always friendly and attentive. Food delicious, we have order many different items on the menu the Gnocchi being one of our favorites. We highly recommend Bella.

   Slowest service ever. One server for the whole restaurant and there were two large parties as well as all other tables full. They should anticipate and staff better because having to wait a long time and ask for everything including water, bread and a wine list should not be the responsibility of the customer.

   Always good food and nice wait staff. The Penne with creamy pesto was terrific!

   The food was Great, The service was great. It was New Years Eve and they let my wife order something that was not on the menu. BUT we got there at 8:30 and there was only 2 other couples there. It felt like they wanted to rush us out. We were out of there by 9:15. They serve only beer and wine. They put the closed sign up at 9:00, turned half the lights off. Everything just didn't feel right. Like I said food and service was great.A little pricey on the food.

   Bella’s is okay, not great, but consistently good food. For my money I prefer Benvenuti in Walnut Creek or Pietro’s in Lodi. But living in Clayton, I can’t beat the convenience of Bella’s. If you are looking to impress a date skip Bella’s.

   The service was excellent. The staff is extremely well trained, know their food and beverages, and offer excellent insight for diners. The food delivery was perfectly timed and the food was delicious. We arrived early and although the place was packed our table was ready and we were seated even though the rest of our party hadn't arrived. What a gem.

   Was looking for a dinner spot near Concord Pavilion before a concert. This place got good ratings on-line and we thought we'd give it a try. We were there early (5PM) on Friday evening...so, it wasn't crowded. Our server was prompt and attentive...the food was authentic Italian and delicious...and the service was very efficient. We had a very delicious meal, never felt rushed, and never had to be concerned about making our concert in time. The Bella Bread Dip was a fantastic starter with warm bread and a dip concoction of: olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, gorgonzola cheese, crushed walnuts, & basil. The house salad was a fresh and light fare with mixed greens, candied walnuts, gorgonzola and a balsamic vinaigrette. The spinach/ricotta ravioli and chicken parmigiana (with penne pesto) were fantastic...the only drawback was they were a tad bit heavy on the pasta sauce...and when we go back would simply ask for a lighter serving of sauces. Great little neighborhood find, in a small shopping center that has a few chain food places...but, this would be a find in any location! We'll definitely be going back.
