   If you would like to eat without the deafening noise of a barking dog then go somewhere else. This is 5th or 6th time at Bear and is certainly the last. The service is consistently shambolic - a shame as the menu is fab.

   We came up to Nottingham for our son’s 21st birthday, who is at Uni. We took 6 of us out for lunch and have to say the food was delicious. We all loved our meals and mentioned you need to open Bear in Watford, Hertfordshire. It would do really well down here. Thanks for a fab lunch :-)

   Really super brunch, excellent service. Efficient and friendly staff. No long waits for the food and staff very attentive. A pleasure, would definitely go again. Thank you.

   Glad we booked as most tables were reserved for Sunday brunch. The Turkish eggs were really delicious

   We went for dinner - the atmosphere was great and there was a live musician. The service and food was great with also a good deal for cocktails.

    we went for valentine’s day, they had a live singer who was using our table but they quickly sorted us out with a new one, the singer really added to the atmosphere. we both ordered the chicken parm burger which can with some chips, it was lovely!! Service was great! Was in and out within an hour- food came in 15 mins. I’ve been before to Bear for the Brunch menu and always enjoyed it and the evening menu is just as special. Would recommend. Portions do run the tiniest bit small (i’m not completely stuffed at the end)
