   The service at Beach Blanket Babylon has really gone downhill. We stood for up to 15minutes waiting for a table with staff members walking past us and ignoring us. We went for a lunchtime service and halfway though our main course we were asked if we wanted desert as the kitchen was closing. It was 1.30pm! The waiter then kept coming over implying that we needed to hurry up but it was 2pm and we were told we had the table until 2.45pm. I had heard lots of bad reviews recently but decided to try it myself and I was beyond disappointed.

   I booked online a month ago because I was excited to take my husband at this bar for his birthday; The lady at the reception was pretty unfriendly, bar staff was ok. Wine by the glass: options are disappointing. Even the most expensive wine by the glass (Chablis) was way to young and tasteless. Very noisy. Pricey for what it is. Toilets were not clean. We won’t come back !

   An absolute horror show. It was completely disorganized, we moved tables because sitting next to the bar and ordering stand was so loud, crowded and the staff arguing with one another. I understand circumstances out of control, they had no ice but didn’t say that till after ordering drink, which we had to change three times because the didn’t know what to do. We never received our drink order or coffee and it wasn’t till after moving tables that a bus boy checked in on us. Don’t, their heyday is over.

   The staff were lovely - friendly and professional and attentive. Depending on where you sit in the restaurant the atmosphere will vary. However the food was a disappointment. Ingredients were poor. Cocktails were great. So if you’re looking for somewhere to go to meet friends for drinks and be somewhere that feels special but aren’t fussed about the food being great, then it’s worth going.

   This used to be a good restaurant. Very rude head waiter/manager. Food overcooked except for salmon which was slimy & we couldn't eat it. Good points - our table waitress was nice & they have good wines. We will not return. Sad.

   The venue is very nice. However I feel the quality of the food does not match the prices. It is overpriced for what you get. I probably wouldn't go back but I would recommend it to friends just because its a bit different.

   Disgusting food and very very bad service. One lady waitress in particular was so rude (not sure of her name but she had an Australian accent I think). The food was actually inedible. DO NOT go here for food...its a bar and that's it!

   I love Beach Blanket my favourite restaurant in London, great food, great decor, cocktails and lovely staff

    The wines and service were great . The food was a little bit medeocre. Nduja chicken .. couldn’t taste the Nduja at all . Chicken was a bit dry . Squid was over chewy . The Brownie was the worst . However the monkfish , burger, arachini, hoummous and meatballs where excellent . Regardless we enjoyed our visit
