   The food bar was not maintained so there was very limited options. Grill operator seemed very upset with a coworker.

   The waitress didn't know what day it was I asked her about the discount for kids on Wednesday and she was like oh is today Wednesday and she still over charged me I ordered extra to go but after telling her several times it's to go she still over cook the rice and sat it on the table in a dish way before the stir fry was cooked

   Mongolian BBQ is a wonderful place to go eat and spend time with family and friends! Whether it is for a special occasion or just to go out for a bite, BD's is a great place to go!

   We arrived on time for a reservation to celebrate New Year's Eve. We were seated, and then had to ask for service after quite awhile waiting. We were told our server was on break but they would try to find somebody else to fill-in. We had to ask for our rice twice after we had our food prepared. The "fill-in" server was nice enough but clearly had a lot of tables to deal with. When we asked for the manager, we were told we would receive 15% off our bill. We didn't. Used to like going here-won't go back.

   We love coming to bd's Mongolian Grill, especially for a special night out. It is on the higher priced side, but the choices of all fresh food grilled in front of you does require more of a cost. With that being said, I was a little disappointed this time because some of the food items were empty, and more than a few had other food items that had been dropped into them. When we asked the staff person when they planned on filling the empty containers, their answer was, "I don't know." The food containers were filled by time we went for our second bowl. Also, the food bar could have been cleaned better, it was very messy and sloppy. The grillers were great, not too loud, and cooked our food to order with a smile.

   The guys who cooked the food were the best! The salad line was a bit messy. Overall, the place didn't look clean. Our server was good but he had a lot of tables. Wish drinks were self serve.

   wait staff left us to tend bar. drinks went unfilled, rice went unfilled and we had to ask another wait staff to get us items we needed.

    Loved it... Always good food options, spices, a fun evening or luncheon for all. Have recommended to all of my friends and visiting family.
