   8 of us went. Sat right down and got to business! Wait staff was great and attentive.

   I made a reservation for 18ppl at 7pm, we arrived about 10 min. early and had to wait 25 min past our reservation time to be seated. When we were seated, it was at separate tables which we were not told that up front. What was the point of making reservations, only to not be seated with everyone in our group or at the time the reservation was made? No appearance from management or apology. Will not return to this location.

   Cleanliness of the food area was lacking. Soup bar did not have any clean bowls or silverware. The silverware at the table was also dirty.

   The seating at this location is a little tight and nearly impossible to get in or out of seats without hitting the people behind you. Also, I saw a guy using his hands to pack meat higher in his bowl! It was kind of gross and shouldn’t have been allowed.

   Although I’ve visited this location several times, this visit was not so great. Our server was spectacular. The food was way overcooked. I would go as far as saying most of our dishes were burned. The chef might have been a little overwhelmed, trying to get all the bowls out in a timely fashion, but for our party, I would rate it a 3 out 10 with 10 being Superb and 1 being horribly bad.

    It was my daughters 16th birthday and she asked to go to her favorite restaurant ... BD’s Mongolian BBQ. We were seated quickly, the service was great and the grillers got the restaurant hyped to celebrate!
