The service was quick and polite and the atmosphere is good but the food was terrible. I had a schnitzel that I only half ate because it was dry and chewy. My daughter had a hamburger that she did not finish as it was also dry. We have eaten there a fair few times and it has been good. But of late the food quality seems to be getting worse. We will definitely not be going back there again 🙁.

Ordered the jäger schnitzel which was overcooked, mushroom ragout with hardly any mushrooms and an over reduced cream sauce. With broccoli? Only two small florets. Other people on the table ordered mac and cheese balls but a cheeseburger came instead. Older male staff member with glasses seemed unenthusiastic. Drinks were great!

The "New menu" was a little bit of a disappointment - delighted to see BBQ ribs return, but they were not as nice (or tender) as the old ones. The sausage plates have dropped in value: used to have 2 sides, now only 1. We were not able to exchange sides: wife (cannot eat potato) had to order potato, and get red cabbage as side. Chilli beef sausages weren't spicy, and were tough/chewy. Will go kransky next time. No wedges or Redbock, either :(

It was truly difficult to capture any waitresses' attention as they either walked straight past or avoided eye contact. We celebrated a small birthday and they lovely waitresses sang the birthday song without asking for the birthday lady's name! Thoughtful but quite the awkward situation.

We had a casual baby shower lunch on a Saturday afternoon in April. The staff were really accommodating and set up individual tabs as our guests arrived throughout the day. They provided us a great space, including a gifts table and room to play games. We were also permitted to bring our own dessert and decorations. The service was excellent, staff were very attentive with our orders and meals arrived promptly. Portions were large and filling, everyone had a great time. Thank you so much!
