   Very cool idea and although we only had appetizers, the presentation was wonderful and tasted even better! Would have loved for it to have snowed but the atmosphere was still great!

   We did not realize that we were paying a $25 fee just to sit in the fish shack. While I love the concept, The shack was rather small for four people, the table still sticky I think from being painted and we probably would’ve had a more enjoyable time sitting in the restaurant. I booked the reservation on OpenTable I did not see any information about paying this fee . Also we thought the fires would be lit outside, it was Friday night perfect time to set the tone and enjoy but the fires were not lit. I just don’t think it’s necessary to charge an extra fee just to sit in the shack, the food did not come all out at once which while I can appreciate the kitchen is small it takes away from the dining experience for people to get their food at different times. I should note the food was good. I really wanted to enjoy our experience the left feeling disappointed.

   We reserved a fish shack on St Patrick's day. Just right for 4 people. 6 would have been snug. Reuben sandwich was excellent. Chicken and dumplings really good. Liked the Canadian pilsner and the red beer. Best part was our server, Lenny. Friendly, funny, great service.

   We rented one of the fish shacks and had a great time! We had 6 people. It was a little snug but the food was delicious, we loved the drinks and our server was amazing! One of our guests had an allergy and there was apple on her dish that was not on the menu. The server replaced her food quickly and was super nice about it! We definitely will be back.

   We loved eating in one of the fish shacks at Batson River. It felt so nice, quiet and private in there. The food was amazing and the staff was warm, welcoming, and provided great service. Highly recommend this unique experience!

   My girlfriend and I went to the fish shack for lunch. Total vibes! Lenny was our server and he was the best . So attentive, funny and down to earth. The food and drinks were delicious. Definitely a cool place to check out! The people and the atmosphere make it that much more fun.
