   I have been to Bas Rouge many times for both lunch and dinner and the food is always excellent. This time however while food was still up to standards the service was extremely rushed. They rushed us through cocktails and dinner. Really not what I would expect for a restaurant of this caliber. Plus they sat a large table,8, of women in the main dining room, rather than a more private space. Again, not in accord this type of fine dining.

   What a lovely experience! This is truly a fine dining establishment, a rarity on the Shore. Everything was impeccable—service, atmosphere, food. Staff is knowledgeable, welcoming and they anticipate your needs. Food is beautiful and delicious. Portions are a bit small for the price, but the quality and creativity are worth it. Pricey, but you get what you pay for. Will definitely go back!

   Another excellent date night dinner! Alex and Felipe are the best!! Great service all around. Highly recommend Bas Rouge to anyone making the trip to Easton!!

   This was a wonderful dining experience. Every dish was perfectly paired with a great wine. Service was impeccable and each course was delicious.

    Obviously we don’t have a ton of fine dining options on the eastern shore, so I appreciate the effort. There were some good food moments but the service was far too rushed and for the price, we actually could have paid for a hotel room in New York and had a more interesting dinner
