   Bad all the way around the board and they dnt sell Hennessy I never been to a bar that dont

   Quanae - Thanks for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear the experience didn’t meet your expectations. While we don’t currently carry Hennessy at this location, I understand how that can be disappointing—especially if it’s a go-to.    Had reservations got there in time waited to be seat for almost 10min. Nobody came to seat us. Had to ask a waitress to be seated. Waited at the table for 10 minutes or more and nobody came to say anything. Other people came in and had to wait to be seated which nobody came to help them either and several people left . We got up and left and nobody acknowledged us or those that waited . Did not expect this to be this way. Poor service

   Bar Louie in Hampton is a nice setting for business meals, casual dates and meet ups. The food was delicious but my only gripe is I want my spinach dip with my chips. Thank you for your service! Olivia was awesome.

   It was good if you want basic bar food. Homemade chips were a plus. Like most franchise restaurants we are looking at 15 to 20 sandwiches which I cannot blame on Louie. Service was good but the atmosphere from staff to patrons was just a bit too far on the grungy side. I would go elsewhere if I had my druthers. Sorry Louie.

   Was there to celebrate a birthday and was disappointed. Our server was great but she was “wearing too many hats” and as a result, our experience suffered. She took our orders and the food was brought out to us as follows, 1 person received her wings, 5-6 minutes later, the 2nd person received her spicy chicken sandwich (it was fried in old oil and looked burnt, 3rd person received her order, salmon sliders, 3-4 minutes later, 4th/5th person ordered the same thing, burgers and fries, 4th person received her order next and the 5th person(birthday girl) waited so long to get her order that guests 1-4 shared their meals with her. Very disappointed in the service and quality of the food was fair. I will not be returning to this place.
