Tucked right in the heart of Peckham a stones throw from Peckham Rye station, Bar Levan, is a cosy wine bar-meets bistro and sibling to Levan Restaurant found next door. Here we share our passion for amazing food, incredible wine, and unforgettable experiences. Already celebrated amongst the best wine bar's in London by Time Out and Conde Nast Traveller amongst others.
Natural wines and artisanal apéritifs flow freely, paired with a playful menu of small plates. You’ll find goodies like miso devilled eggs with nori & togarashi, rotating homemade terrines, and a seriously indulgent croque monsieur. For something heartier, there’s a sharable bavette with frites and salad. Perfect for catching up with friends, date nights, or even just a quick pre-dinner drink.
Bar Levan, has a cosy, laid-back vibe with its dark red décor and intimate feel. Decks, a curated play list and regular DJ’s set the tone. Whether you’re a wine nerd or just here for a good glass, there’s something for everyone.

Whether or not you have joined us for a lazy, boozy lunch at Levan where we've been cooking with the Minibar team come join us for the after party. Book a table at Bar Levan and try a selection of wines put together in collaboration with our guests from over the pond and lean into some great tunes. Our guests for the day have not only been invited over due to their cooking prowess. We also share a deep love for music either via DJing, running record labels, bangin’ playlists or hosting legendary music events around the world.
At Bar Levan we'll have a selection of bar plates from the kitchen along side a cracking list of wines by the glass. Come join us for the party from 5pm till late.

Strictly Bangers Wine Tasting - Balkan Bangers - amazing wines from eastern Europe
Expect bangin’ natural wines, a killer soundtrack & delicious snacks.
The pre-paid tickets are £40 and you get to explore 4 x wines, snacks on arrival and a Croque Monsieur to share with your table.
There will be a fun blind tasting element to the evening, plus a little wine quiz and the chance to win wine prizes.
Guests are also able to bring their own vinyl records to play at the evening (all vetted by Mark, no death metal please ;)
It won’t be your average wine tasting.
Doors open @ 5pm, wine tasting starts @ 7pm sharp.

What a fabulous, buzzy place. A few simple but classy food options from the kitchen shared with restaurant Levan next door, and a fantastic drinks menu ranging from mezcal to a handful of well-chosen organic/biodynamic wines by the glass, all served by a really friendly team. Couldn't ask for much more

Nice first time experience in this buzzy gastropub. Food was v tasty and highly recommended.
Negative points.. service a bit sloppy ..waiter forgot one of our four ordered plates.
Wine servings were tiny with prices ranging from £9 -£14 a glass. Ordered only one glass due to the pricing.. the Rioja at £14 for what looked like a 125ml serving.
