   Not very organized. Service was not the best. Part of the food was cool. Quick, easy place but definitely not something that you want to eat at unless you are there are their at the hotel.

   The service was a bit slow but the food was good and I could hear the person sitting across from me. I'd go again.

   Awful avoid at all costs. Slow service and it was empty! If I could give all zeros I would. Go elsewhere!!!

   A group of 6 of us ate here the other evening. We should have known the food wouldn't be very good when we saw there weren't very many customers dining here. Food is mediocre, at best. I would NOT recommend this restaurant.

   Bar Harbor is located in the Hyatt Place Hotel. Believe the restaurant is used for the hotel breakfast area as well. Eric greeted us at the entrance and was able to seat us prior to our reservation. He was very courteous and accommodating. Maurice was our waiter and he also was friendly and attentive. The restaurant was very busy and the staff earned their pay this evening. All the team appeared to help each other out. The food came out fast and was hot, obviously right off the grill. We decided on sandwiches and were pleased. One of us tried a mixed drink and the other a soft drink (Pepsi products served here). The desserts were the best.

   Bar Harbor is a hotel restaurant accessible within the Hyatt at National Harbor. We made reservations through OpenTable; however, upon arrival, we still had to wait roughly 10 minutes to be seated. Thankfully, the servers were all very friendly, offering free fries for our troubles. The main issue came once we placed our order: the kitchen took FOREVER to make our meals (roughly 1 hour)! Granted, the servers did mention that they were very backed up, but for the life of us we couldn’t figure out why - the restaurant was not overly crowded or busy at the time. The food was tasty once it arrived, but with minimal menu selections, relatively high prices, and the considerably long wait we experienced, this was ultimately not our favorite outing. I’d consider other locations at National Harbor before coming back here.

   Our birthday club continues to meet here annually due to the great customer service, ambience, food and drinks. Such a great place to cherish memories year after year. See u next year. :)

   The food was delicious, but it was truly the service that made our evening special. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful farewell, every interaction was genuine and heartfelt.

    Two out of four orders were incorrect. A $25 shrimp dish had 5 shrimp on it. The chicken sandwich was tough. Very disappointing considering the price and good reviews from others.
