   Just absolutely amazing food! Mike has such a flare with Italian cooking and making his own pasta. We really enjoyed our dinner last night and the vibe! The bartender was great and he really knows how to make a cocktail. We will definitely be back soon and thank you! Julie

   We loved our time here, yet again. Food was amazing, but the stand out tonight was the drink, Basil-llionaire. Absolutely amazing work on that one Tyler!! Best drink I ever had? I think yes. Cheers to Bar Bacetto staff <3

   Definitely worth the hour and a half drive. My husband and I had the focaccia and prosciutto appetizers. The focaccia was amazing, perfectly seasoned and had a nice crust and slightly chewy soft bite to it. The bread came with olives soaking in very rich olive oil, this was a nice addition to the bread but some of the olives were very bitter. We also had two pasta dishes. The first was a Radiatori with a rich red sauce seasoned with fennel and prosciutto and the second was an Artichoke pesto spaghetti. The Radiatori surprisingly had a deep savory flavor and the sautéed fennel added a refreshing compliment to the robust meaty sauce. The spaghetti had a perfect bite to it and the pesto was very aromatic and had a vibrant flavor. My husband and I both had cocktails that were well made and the bartender/server was friendly and helpful. Overall, the food and service is wonderful here. We have been here twice now and the only thing we have not been blown away with is the desserts. During our visits we have had the panacotta with saba, chocolate torte, and the Pizzelle. All of theses were very one note and didn’t wow us. But if you are a pasta lover I guarantee you won’t find better pasta in the United States. We will be back.

   Fresh, delicious, amazing pasta! Friendly staff and laidback yet still upscale. Cozy vibes. Fantastic cocktails! So glad they opened back up and had the opportunity to go. Hopefully be back again soon!

   It's just a stunning top-to-bottom experience. I can't adequately put to words how perfectly Bar Bacetto threads the needle on genuinely friendly [incredible] service combined with mind blowing cuisine. I can't wait to return!

   Chef Mike Easton created something truly special, and it’s no surprise it landed on The New York Times’ top 50 list and snagged a James Beard nod. Also shoutout to Tyler the “creator”. It’s rare to find someone who nails both the craft and the hospitality—this bartender did both effortlessly. Made the whole night even more memorable.

   Bar Bacetto is such a treat!! The food is beyond delicious, the drinks made by the "liquid chef" Tyler are delicious and the vibe is intimate yet energentic and fun. The staff is incredible, and I love the seating at the bar/kitchen counter. Best food in Eastern Washington hands down!
