Silk Road Romanticism. Bambola is an Italian restaurant that embarks on a journey along the Silk Road in search of new flavors to complement our favorite dishes and drinks from Italy.

Traveling along the Silk Road, Bambola’s executive chef Marcos Campos interprets iconic dishes from Italy to China, evoking nostalgia with a contemporary approach. From their wood-fired kitchen, Bambola’s culinary team combines the finest ingredients with an exclusive selection of aged beef, artisanal pastas, mezze and Turkish spices, creating a unique culinary experience.

Led by industry vanguard Brian Sturgulewski, Bambola’s bar celebrates modern beverages inspired by timeless ingredients from the historic Silk Road. unfortunately the service was not too good. server was not very attentive, and we had to remind her and ask about things multiple times when we had already discussed it at the beginning. for example, we had asked for wine for our dinner. our food had dropped and we were looking for her for a bit since we got the wine as a pairing for our entree. by the time we found her n she got the wine our food started to get cold :( it was just unfortunate cos we started everything in the beginning to make the process easier. the food was okay, the cocktails were our favorite tho, but even those took around 15 minutes to come out each time we ordered one. luckily it was a a few of us so we tried to stay distracted by talking to one another

Good food and very cool interior. Went around 9 PM on a Friday night and it was dead though. Maybe a little confused on the best time to come. The wait staff was on top of their game….maybe a little to on top of their game where it felt a little rushed? Overall, great place but not sure it would be something to rush back to.

Inattentive service, plates weren’t removed until asked, felt chaotic. Food was fire though, I can see why this place has 3.5-4.0 stars. The food and ambiance are doing a lot of heavy lifting.

LOVE THIS PLACE! Hosted my best friend's surprise party here and all the staff were extremely accommodating, the private room is beautiful and service 10/10!!! Sabrina was our server, she's amazing and we loved her recommendations and friendliness.

Outstanding decor (similar to Beatnik only without the vegetation) and nicely spaced tables. Food is decent and servers were great. I'm a bit surprised that this place isn't better known around town, but for the moment, it's a good alternative for large groups.
