I visited Balls Brothers - Minister Exchange last week. The food was great and on the whole it was a good experience. The only negative comments I have is that when I arrived, the member of staff who greeted me didn't have a record of my booking; luckily there was a table left but it was in a really loud corner and I couldn't really hear my friend. Overall, a good experience and I would visit again

Have been to this restaurant before. Good atmosphere for a business lunch. Really enjoyed the salmon, for the second time. Service was very good.

The menu wasn't what I saw on the website, I had fish and chips, didn't like the mushy peas, the chips were too salty, the fish was good, just too big for me.

The restaurant was great, OpenTable weren't. Not for the first time, the restaurant had no record of my booking via OpenTable but luckily managed to fit us in. Very embarrassing as this was a lunch with a client and I'm disinclined to use OpenTable again as a result.

Booked here for a business lunch, booked online but they had no record of my booking when I arrived, but they weren't too busy so had a table free in the restaurant which they let us have, next time I'd book outside on the covered terrace.

Your website allowed me to book a table. When I arraived at the restaurant I found there was no table nad never had been a table because they were closed for a private function that day. There is clearly something seriously wrong with the way your website works and/or the way it communicates with this restaurant. Luckily my colleagues and I were able to find a table in a restaurant nearby, otherwise I would be somewhat more than frustrated beyond belief!

Not too busy for a Friday lunch, but that meant the specials list was extensive. We didn't hurry and it was a bit disappointing when staff started to clear tables and chairs away around us.
