   As always we had a fabulous meal and outstanding from the amazing (and gorgeous) staff. Love this place and can't wait to go back. One of our favourite restaurants in London.

   I always regret going to this restaurant but friends insisted on going, so we had to go. It's a great location, nice vibe, good decor but the service is spotty and the food is really average at best. We were a table of five near the back of the restaurant. Service was really slow and we were served by a hodge podge of staff, no one person dedicated to our table. This is the best bad restaurant story ever.... my colleague ordered a Mai Tai. Some other drink arrived and my colleague took a sip from it. She declared that it was definitely not a Mai Tai but the waiter had already left and was no where to be found. Ten minutes later, a bus boy came with her Mai Tai. She told him that the drink she had wasn't a Mai Tai and he identified

   An excellent London restaurant, good atmosphere and very good food, staff friendly and helpful without being pushy. Perfect for a pre theatre meal due to location. Would definitely recommend.

   The food was good, the atmosphere very pleasant and the decorations finely done! Overall a good restaurant in an equally nice soho!

   This was my second visit to Balans and it didn't disappoint. The service is great and the food was delicious!

    Excellent. The food was fantatsic, and the roast duck out of this world. Tasted of perfection. Can highly recommend "Love Grass" Shiraz, will definately recommend to others. The atmosphere is great, the staff helpful and a great place to relax and unwind, be it with friends of a romantic meal for two.
