   Great happy hour prices and offerings. We sat outside as inside very noisy. Beef Empanadas appetizer was delicious and served with four big ones accompanied with delicious chutney and sour cream. Many main dishes have half portions. More than enough after appetizers. We had a wonderful server and a very nice first visit.

   We were there for lunch and had the lunch combos. The Cuban sandwich was just OK and the soups were served lukewarm. Mahi tacos were also just OK as they could've used a better garnish.

   All 7 of us ordered.. My husbands food didn't come out till we were all done eating..waiter came back and said he never ordered it ..need a Manager!! Kids can't run a restaurant We will never go back!!

   Absolutely the worst experience you could imagine… we had reservations for 6:15pm for a group of 9; arrived at 6:00pm and checked in. We were told it would be a few minutes as they were setting up our table… another large group walked in behind us who did not have reservations; the hostess sat them at our table… we only know that because the other hostess told us and apologized.. another 10 minutes went by and still no table; please keep in mind this place was not busy at all.. I went back and spoke to a manager who said they are putting two high tops together in the bar area for us; I made him aware we have a two year old that required a high chair and that would not work… our regular table would have worked properly... he said well you will have to wait then… Finally we were seated at an outside table which was not our preference but at this point we are 20 minutes after our reservation and really did ot care.… we sat and waited for a server for almost another 15 minutes to order drinks… we informed the server we were ready to order our food at that time and he said “let me get your drink order in first”… REALLY… another 20 minutes or so goes by and we get our drinks and finally have our order taken… It was almost an additional hour before our food arrived… meanwhile we are watching tables that were sat after us eat and leave before we even get our food… when we asked what was going on; our server told us the kitchen was backed up… the reality of it was our server forgot to put our order in when he took it… eventually we got our food, ate and then had to beg for refills on water, soda and to order additional cocktails… just a really awful situation and to top it all off had to wait almost 20 minutes to get the bill once we asked for it… we were Bahama Breeze over 2.5 hours… ridiculous! This place seems to be poorly managed and the server we had absolutely needs either be retrained or find a new job…

   I've been to Bahama Breeze in other locations & I'm so glad they are closer to me in Naples Florida. I love everything about this restaurant, the drinks, the apps, the main entrees & desserts are always delicious. The costs are very reasonable & the staff was very friendly & attentive. We will be going back soon since it is close by & available to reserve times on Open Table.

   Fav casual restaurant in Florida! Mahi tacos with yummy fries and fresh squeezed lemonade a were a 10!! Loved listening to ‘Calypso magic’ 2 Fridays at 5pm. Skip is gifted and a joy to listen to!

   As always everyone was happy with their meal. Our server was great. The only negative was the filet mignon, while tender, flavor wasn’t there and there seemed to be pepper and garlic seasoning. Since I’m very sensitive to spicy, I wasn’t able to finish it. Others had a taste, so all not lost. Everything I have ordered in the past was excellent so I just won’t have the steak!

   The service was friendly and good, as well as the food. Upon arrival our group all had the same thought, it is like a caribbean applebees. Which wasn’t quite what we expected.

    We had a birthday party there today with eight people. Everything was amazing. From the staff to the food and the drinks, everything was wonderful from the time we got there till the time we left. They were very attentive to our needs and helpful. We will definitely be returning ❤️‍🩹
