   The restaurant was almost empty as we arrived on Father’s Day. The host completely ignored us when we were standing at his station while he was talking to another table. A waiter had to nudge him to get him to come over to us. When we were leaving he was FaceTiming with his father. The waitress was really clueless. She was chewing gum, which isn’t a crime, but it’s completely unprofessional. She didn’t know if there was toast with the omelette (there wasn’t) and the food took 30 minutes to come out- probably a kitchen problem, but she never stopped by to explain. She told me the price on the bill and was clearly annoyed when I asked for a paper copy instead of reading her handheld device. The good news is that the food was hot (except for my daughter’s fries) and very tasty but if the owners want to get customers in the door they need to read the reviews and get the staff trained.

   Our waitress was fantastic, she was friendly, attentive and had a great personality. The music was a little loud and we asked if possible to turn down, and it was done. Definitely will be coming back.

   Excellent Detroit style pizza, attentive service and open space make a fun time. They have several large tables to accommodate larger group. The only issue was music level. If you are near one of several ceiling speakers, it is impossible to carry on a conservation.

   Amazing location especially having the outdoor balcony patio for summer use! Spacious rooms and different areas for dining connected to the bowling alley! Service was good and food was not bad, delicious. Caesar had too much dressing so probably order dressing on the side. Otherwise very nice ambiance!

   Pizzas are a decent price with BOGO deal. Good cheese curds. Bourbon and ginger beer was very bad. Tasted like tart lime juice vs ginger beer.

   We enjoy this restaurant. Everything we've ordered has been delicious, it's shocking it's never busy when we go! The pizza is some of the best in the city, at least for Detroit style. The service is always excellent as well, very friendly staff.

   Good food. Very nice, friendly staff. So great that you can bowl also if you wanted. Good for kids.

    We had reservations for 5:15 knowing the first time we went it took awhile and didn't want to rush to make a 7:00 start of a theater performance. We were seated by a server who immediately took our order after telling us that the "handheld section" on the menu was not available (disappointing because it was advertised that the full menu was available and for my husband who wanted the Italian Beef from that section - he opted for the Detroit pizza instead), but everything else was available so I ordered the black bean burger Poblano style with sweet potato fries. He comes back in a few minutes asking me how I wanted my burger which confused me because I ordered the bean and not a beef burger. When I repeated that he said, "oh, that's right, never mind." Fast forward about 45 minutes (long time) and the food arrives, my husband's is correct and mine is wrong (a beef burger (wrong) with regular fries (again, wrong as I ordered sweet potato fries)). The server apologizes and rushes back to the kitchen, I persuade my husband to start eating because this won't take long to rectify. About a minute later he comes back and says they don't have bean burgers either - what? At this point we've been there almost an hour so I order the veggie pizza asking the server to please rush it. He says he will, that in "8 minutes it will be here" which turned into 25 minutes. In the meantime he never asks my husband how his pizza is and doesn't refill his soda glass which has sat empty for 30 minutes. My husband eventually went up to the bar and asked the bartender to refill it. At around 6:25 my pizza arrives which I eat quickly in order to leave by 6:45 to make the start of the play. Needless to say this was a disappointing and frustrating experience (the restaurant was not busy, we counted only 5 other tables and at least 3 other servers). We are all for supporting new businesses and trying new restaurants, but unfortunately will probably not be returning to this one.
